• Own project planning, look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking.

• Monitor quality, safety, measurements, billing and handover readiness.
• Maintain clear client and management reporting on progress and risks.

What we are looking for

• Strong residential or commercial construction execution experience.
• Working knowledge of drawings, BOQs, quantity checks and site controls.
• Confident team leadership, vendor coordination and problem solving.

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

What you will own

• Create concepts, layouts, mood boards and material selections.
• Prepare and coordinate detailed drawings with execution teams.
• Support client presentations, revisions and site design reviews.
• Coordinate vendors, samples and finish approvals.

• Strong design sense with practical execution awareness.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant visualisation/design tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating residential or commercial interior work.

Role overview

Shape buildable architecture by connecting planning, client requirements, technical coordination and site realities from concept to execution.

B.Arch / relevant architectural qualification

What you will own

• Develop architectural plans, elevations and working drawings.
• Coordinate structural, MEP and execution requirements.
• Participate in client design reviews and site coordination.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, revisions and approval records.

What we are looking for

• Strong planning and detailing ability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and common architectural tools.
• Good understanding of residential/commercial construction methods.

Role overview

Create high-quality architectural and interior visualisations that communicate design intent with realistic lighting, materials and composition.

Relevant design / visualisation qualification

What you will own

• Build accurate architectural and interior 3D models.
• Produce photorealistic stills and presentation-ready scenes.
• Coordinate materials, lighting and camera composition with designers.
• Maintain fast revision cycles without compromising visual quality.

What we are looking for

• Strong portfolio of architectural/interior renders.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max/SketchUp/Blender and rendering workflows.
• Excellent eye for lighting, materials, scale and composition.

Translate approved interiors into execution plans and schedules.

Interior Design / Architecture / Civil background

What you will own

• Coordinate drawings, materials, vendors and site dependencies.
• Track approvals, procurement lead times, quality and completion status.
• Resolve design-to-site gaps with designers and project teams.

• Ability to read drawings, BOQs and material specifications.

Role overview

1. QUALITY EXECUTION
Site Preparation – Bar marking place for meters
Meeting Neighbours – Orienting them
Providing a set of required design drawings & details before the start of the Project
Obtaining Quality Check the certificate at every stage of construction
Execution with precision & updating the same in SOP booklet

2. MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
Reviewing targets for each Project of Materials allocated & placing an order as per the required
Safeguarding materials on site against robbery or Storage.
Updating Check material take off sheet
Ensure quality & quantity of each order of materials
Upload required details and updated procurement on the same date.

3. LABOUR MANAGEMENT
Orientation of every labour contractor involved in the project
Issuing of payment to vendors after quantity and quality checks upon setting weekly targets to every vendor
Achieving timeline through effective deployment of labours
Bring out the best execution work out of deployed labour

4. SPEED
Plan entire gantchart for the project as per the given schedule by the PM
Prepare a schedule of required approved drawings
Prepare monthly QC review schedule for certifications
Keep material take off sheet and labour payout trackers & Be relentless for completion
